The NFL superstar and his supermodel missus have splurged on a $20 million megamansion in Brentwood, Calif., that is now gracing the cover of the October issue of Architectural Digest.
And it's even got a moat!
But as the magazine's editor-in-chief, Margaret Russell, told Today Wednesday, Sept. 4, that the architectural aim of Tom and Gisele's gorgeous 14,000-square-foot residence is all about being one with the environment.
"Tom Brady literally opened the door to me and took me through the house and I found out how committed they are to an eco-conscious lifestyle. It made the story even more special," Russell told co-anchor Savannah Guthrie while offering a sneak peak inside.

Among the rooms discussed was the family room, which Russell noted definitely lives up to its name."They have eight sisters between them. They have a lot of kids. That's probably the most formal room" she said.
Of course, runway stars have to make room for clothes and the Brazilian beauty is no exception when it comes to closet space.
"Gisele is very organized. She has a chandelier. It's a great room," said Russell.

And Brady's workout room isn't so bad either.
"I've never ever seen a gym like this. I think that's his dream part of the house," she added.
"Everything was about how to make it more sustainable so 90 percent of the materials of the house are recycled or antique or reclaimed from the ceilings to the floors to the stones in the driveway," said Russell. "And more than three-quarters of the construction debris was recycled."
Additionally, Bundchen had solar energy panels installed on the roof as well as energy sustainable appliances.

"It's really all about indoor/outdoor living, and Gisele, her dream for the house was to have a kitchen garden and to teach her kids the connection between the land and their food," added the editor.
To that end, the pair even have a chicken coup where get their own daily eggs.
Per Architectural Digest, the eight-bedroom abode features a master bedroom and bath, a massive gourmet kitchen, a breakfast room, living and dining rooms, a nursery, a wine cellar and a spa among other amenities.
As football fans might say, it's a hard spread to beat. For more photos of Tom & Gisele's environmentally-conscious palace, check out below.
